Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our brand strategy and drive business growth in the pet industry. This role reports to the VP, Marketing, and is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with our company's vision.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to inform future marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA an asset.
- 7-10 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the pet industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
