Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Guac Mexi Grill St Catherines is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Training: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and ensure a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
