About the Role:

The Head of IT Sales Applications will guide a team of managers, analysts, vendors, and consultants to fulfill the Sales & Strategic Partner objectives. This role is crucial in steering project decisions, ensuring effective delivery, managing daily platform operations, and enhancing the team's skill set.

Acting as the IT Business Partner for Global Sales, Strategic Partner, and Sales Operations, the Head will oversee the intake of requirements into the IT department, coordinating efforts among IT, project sponsors, daily stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver meaningful results.

This position entails managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the stability of existing operations, and leading various projects across Four Seasons' primary platforms, including B2B CRM, Enterprise BI, ICM (Incentive Compensation Management), Loyalty/Recognition, and Collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Directs IT contributions to the Sales & Strategic Partner technology roadmap.
  • Effectively communicates Sales' & Strategic Partner priorities to the IT department.
  • Oversees resource planning and allocation to meet Business Unit needs.

Operational Oversight:

  • Proactively manages platform operations, ensuring availability and support.
  • Enhances the operating environment to provide reliable, scalable, and maintainable business solutions.

Project Management:

  • Leads the team in discovery efforts, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
  • Facilitates evaluations and analyses with Business Unit stakeholders.

Vendor Relations:

  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with vendor partners.

Team Leadership:

  • Champions Four Seasons' commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Relationship Building:

  • Fosters strong relationships with Business Units and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive.

Educational Background

  • A college diploma or university degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT and Sales-related IT roles.
