Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in the insurance sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as experience in facilitating cross-functional teams and promoting a culture of collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Guide teams in adhering to Scrum principles and practices;
  • Identify potential risks in product delivery and provide mitigation strategies;
  • Mentor team members on Agile practices and help them become more autonomous and self-organized;

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
  • Proven experience in managing Agile teams within a software development environment;
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar;
  • Knowledge of insurance-specific software and workflows is a plus;
