Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving major projects that propel our clients' businesses forward and improve people's lives. You will be at the heart of collaborative large-scale digital transformation projects in both the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate external team needs with other Scrum Masters, promoting effective collaboration.
  • Ensure Agile practices are applied within the team, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Report bottlenecks to Scrum de Scrum and monitor their resolution, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Support the Product Owner in setting up the product backlog, ensuring clear project objectives.
  • Support the Product Owner in organizing and planning his work, promoting effective project management.
  • Monitor and report on the team's progress, providing valuable insights for project improvement.
  • Help and support the team in preparing the Big Room Planning, ensuring a comprehensive project plan.
Requirements
  • Scrum Master certification, demonstrating expertise in Agile project management.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' professional experience in the IT field, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' professional experience as a Scrum Master in the IT field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience on large-scale Agile projects, with a strong understanding of complex project management.
  • Experience on ERP implementation projects (either SAP or other), with a strong understanding of system integration.
  • Mastery of Agile team processes, including Scrum, Kanban, and Disciplined Agile.
  • Mastery of event facilitation techniques, including iteration planning, daily scrums, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Good understanding of product and team backlog management, ensuring clear project objectives.
