Requirements

  • Strong leadership and situational leadership skills to support others.
  • Facilitation, systemic thinking, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, autonomy, and transparency skills.
  • Ability to navigate different organizational contexts and levels (teams, managers).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field.
  • Pertinent experience in technological design environments (asset).
  • At least 3 years of relevant Agile experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft TFS (asset).
  • Experience in the financial sector, preferably in investment (asset).
  • Bilingualism, an asset.
  • Approachable, motivated.
  • Driven by a passion for building a strong team culture.
  • Masterful in transforming conflict situations into opportunities for reflection and learning.
  • Organized and proactive.
  • Attentive and responsive to team needs.

Contract Type

12-month contract with strong possibilities of renewal.
