Centre d'Innovation Client IBM Québec (CIC)

Votre implication
  • Vous organiserez et coordonnerez toutes les cérémonies Agiles (Planification et revue de l'itération, rétrospectives, démos, cérémonies quotidiennes, etc.).
  • Vous coordonnerez les besoins externes à l'équipe avec les autres Scrum Master.
  • Vous veillerez à la mise en application des pratiques Agiles au sein de l'équipe.
  • Vous remonterez les bloquants au Scrum de Scrum et suivrez leur résolution.
  • Vous accompagnerez le Product Owner dans la mise en place du carnet de produit.
  • Vous accompagnerez le Product Owner dans l'organisation et la planification de son travail.
  • Vous surveillerez et remonterez les progrès de l'équipe.
  • Vous aideriez et accompagneriez l'équipe dans la préparation du Big Room Planning.
Compétences requises
  • Vous possédez la certification Scrum Master.
  • Vous avez au moins 3 à 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des TI.
  • Vous avez au moins 3 à 5 années d'expérience professionnelle à titre de Scrum Master dans le domaine des TI.
  • Vous avez expérience sur des projets AGILE de grande envergure.
  • Vous avez expérience sur des projets d'implantation de solution PGI (soit SAP ou autre).
  • Vous maîtrisez les processus retenus par l'équipe Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile).
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques d'animation des événements (Planification d'itération, Mêlées quotidiennes, Démonstration, Rétrospectives).
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension de la gestion d'un Carnet de produit et du Carnet de réalisation (Team backlog).
