About the Role

As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Global Transaction Banking solutions. You'll lead research projects from conception to execution, uncovering user needs and translating them into actionable insights that drive product development and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Lead comprehensive research initiatives, encompassing documentation, data analysis, and the development of strategic roadmaps for our business units.
  • Employ a diverse range of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and in-depth interviews, to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and needs.
  • Synthesize research findings into compelling narratives and visualizations that effectively communicate user insights to stakeholders across various levels.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, marketing, and data analytics, to ensure user-centricity is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Champion a holistic approach to customer experience by mapping end-to-end journeys and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our UX Research practice by sharing best practices, mentoring team members, and exploring innovative research methodologies.

  • Experience in financial services or a related industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
