About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our Digital team at CGL. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer experience by conducting research that informs our design decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, conduct, and deliver research studies to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs, wants, and motivations.
  • Support all aspects of research, including analysis, design, and synthesis of research findings.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and product teams to ensure our solutions are customer-centric and informed by research.
  • Present research insights in compelling ways, including curating and contributing to our UX research repository.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience as a user researcher, including experience applying multiple user-centred design methods.
  • Post-secondary degree, with specialization in Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Information Studies, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related discipline.
  • Expert knowledge of UX research methods, including exploration interviews, surveys, feedback sessions, usability testing, diary studies, log analysis, and A/B tests.
  • Experience with in-person and remote research techniques, including contextual field research, in-person discussions, remote interviews, remote testing, recording, and online collaboration sessions.
