MEDLOG Transport & Logistics is a leading provider of global inland solutions. As a Client Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a strong link between MEDLOG, carriers, and customers for efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review daily pipeline volume to ensure timely delivery and communicate with the team accordingly.
- Trace and track empty containers not returned to depots or terminals to prevent storage accumulation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure no MEDLOG-caused storage is accumulated at carrier depots and terminals.
Requirements:
