Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at CCI Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for initializing and managing relationships with customers, identifying and educating prospective customers, and supporting existing clients with information and assistance related to our products and services.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze and develop new markets by analyzing the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Troubleshoot customer's drilling issues
* Expedited the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a schedule
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
* Continuously improve through feedback
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
* Coordinate sales efforts with team members and/or Management
* Attend trade shows and BD functions with approval from your manager
* Travel 80% of the time to see new or current clients

Requirements:

* Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the field of Horizontal Directional Drilling process and tools
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Highly motivated and target driven
* Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
