  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beauty products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our team.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or sales environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of beauty products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
