Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services within a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, resolving customer concerns, and supporting the management of systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the implementation of safety protocols and compliance measures.
  • Assist in the management of systems and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate from a business or supply chain program (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
