About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Development Team as a Development Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the design and development approval phases for a unique portfolio of projects in the GTHA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities, resources, planning, scheduling, budgets, and reporting in collaboration with project team colleagues across functional groups.
  • Support the tracking and maintenance of project management tools, including budgets and cash flow forecasts, schedules, risk registries, project status reports, and internal tracking documents.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues across each of TAS's functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate and review drawings and documents prepared by the consultant team for compliance with project objectives.
  • Coordinate project meetings and track deliverables to ensure timely completion.
