Job Overview:

The Electronics Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production processes within our facility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting comprehensive reports on production metrics.
  • Establishing and managing work schedules for the team.
  • Facilitating training sessions or coordinating training for new staff.
  • Setting up and maintaining machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ordering necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain production flow.
  • Recommending strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
Qualifications:
  • Welding Techniques: Proficient in Laser welding.
  • Equipment Experience: Familiarity with Galvanometer machinery.
  • Security Requirements: Must pass a criminal record check.
Work Environment:
  • Access to public transportation is available.
  • Job involves repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Work involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
