Branch Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor. Are you ready to explore new opportunities?

Equest is expanding and has an exciting opening for a Branch Operations Supervisor. If you have a passion for discussing insurance and delivering outstanding client service, this role is for you. We are in search of a dedicated professional who is eager to enhance their knowledge and experience in the insurance sector.

Compensation Overview: The anticipated hourly wage for this position ranges from $27.38 to $34.23, based on a standard 35-hour work week. Your compensation will be determined by your qualifications and experience, while also considering internal fairness.

  • Possession of an Insurance Broker Level 2 license
  • Additional qualifications such as CAIB and/or CIP, along with a post-secondary degree/diploma, are advantageous
Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager by leading, mentoring, and motivating team members
  • Support sales agents in meeting targets and regularly review branch performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for new business and additional product sales
