Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while managing a dedicated team.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise in accordance with company policies.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules to optimize store operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 employees.
Work Environment

This position is permanent and requires a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in the workplace is English.
