Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our retail environment. This position is essential for ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide staff, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Manage inventory procurement and merchandise orders.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for team members.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, merchandising strategies, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of all staff members.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Oversee administrative and volunteer staff operations.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
