We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to support our financial operations at Maur Logistics Ltd.. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- General Ledger Management: Maintain and prepare the general ledger.
- Journal Entries: Accurately prepare journal entries for financial transactions.
- Accounts Receivable: Oversee and manage accounts receivable processes.
- Accounts Payable: Handle accounts payable tasks efficiently.
- Trial Balance Preparation: Prepare and review trial balances.
- Bank Reconciliations: Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Transaction Review: Review and verify financial transactions.
- Payroll Preparation: Assist in preparing payroll for employees.
- Client Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients.
- General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Proficient in Electronic Mail
- Skilled in Spreadsheet Applications
- Knowledge of MS Access
