The Banque Nationale is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the growth strategy for our Quebec and Maritime portfolio of businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize and coach a team of experts to drive business growth, retention, and talent development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the portfolio of businesses
- Anticipate and prepare for the development needs of the team based on the bank's strategic orientations and industry trends
- Ensure maximum visibility for the bank in the market through business development and market event activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain relevant and guide the team on business priorities
- Innovate and improve processes, products, and services to drive business growth and differentiation
- Develop new business opportunities and territories, and define sales and development strategies aligned with the bank's orientations
- Collaborate with the Ontario and Western Canada Vice President to ensure consistency in business development, processes, and best practices

Requirements:

- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience in the creative industries is an asset
