About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-impact solutions to clients.
  2. Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to drive growth and loyalty.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling solutions or services.
  2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Industry Expertise: Experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients and/or navigating a large, global, matrixed organization.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree.
