Job Summary:

ADP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation organization, you will be responsible for providing enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to Major and national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Implementation: Implement and set up ADP's WFN methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant HR system configurations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on HR configuration, analysis, and testing.
  • Training and Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
  • Project Support: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll implementation projects.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of human resources experience or relative field
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English & French
  • Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player
