About the Role

As a Payroll Partner, you will work closely with our Payroll Specialists to deliver exceptional client service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Payroll Specialists to process payroll inputs and ensure accuracy
  • Previewing payroll audits, client 3rd party remittances, and reports
  • Inputting demographic/HR information and pay data adjustments
  • Balancing payroll via preview reports and ensuring input is accurate
  • Supporting special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in client service, Canadian payroll, and data management
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of WFN AP & PT (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications

  • National Payroll Institute (NPI) PCP Certification (preferred)
