About the Role

As a Payroll Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by providing exceptional payroll services and expertise. You will work closely with our Payroll Specialists to ensure seamless payroll processing, accurate data management, and timely client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Payroll Specialists to process payroll, manage data, and provide client support
  • Preview payroll audits, client 3rd party remittances, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Input demographic/HR information, pay data adjustments, and special payments for WFN Autopay & Paytech
  • Balance payroll via preview reports and ensure input is accurate and balanced
  • Support special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and process payrolls
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in client service, Canadian payroll, and data management
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of WFN AP & PT (preferred)
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service and payroll administration (preferred)
