Payroll Partner Opportunity

ADP is seeking a skilled Payroll Partner to join our team. As a Payroll Partner, you will work closely with our Payroll Specialists to help clients leverage our exceptional business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Payroll Specialists to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Input data, including demographic/HR information and pay data adjustments, for WFN Autopay & Paytech.
  • Balance payroll via preview reports and ensure input is accurate and balanced.
  • Support special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and process payrolls.
  • Maintain updated internal process documentation and client payroll input and processing instructions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Client Service, Canadian Payroll, and Data Management.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of WFN AP & PT preferred.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service and payroll administration.
  • National Payroll Institute NPI) PCP Certification preferred.
