About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Communication Specialist to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective communication strategies and policies to support our store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure seamless information flow between store operations teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement store operations policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Manage and maintain store operations communication platforms, including email, task management, and collaboration tools.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of store operations communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to store operations teams on communication best practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in communication, administration, or coordinator roles, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Communication, Public Relations, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to edit, proofread, and design visual content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital communication platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in creating infographics, presentations, and other visual content is considered an asset.
