Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain new and existing policies, procedures, and documentation within the Store Operations database, including the Store Operations Communications Policy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Store Operations communication channels, utilizing platforms such as email, task management systems, and intranet to effectively disseminate information to stores and field partners.
  • Formulate strategies and timelines for project communications, including governance and activity calendars.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of new and ongoing store programs, initiatives, contests, and events across all communication platforms.
  • Evaluate the consistency and effectiveness of Store Operational programs and communications to ensure alignment with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various business partners to gather and compile information for Store Operations communications and updates to store procedures, programs, and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in communication, administration, or coordination, preferably in a retail or corporate setting.
  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Communication, Public Relations, or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; strong editing, digital communication, proofreading, layout, and design abilities; bilingualism is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and tools; experience with intranet platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital communication tools such as task management systems and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver).
  • Experience in creating visual content such as infographics, presentations, flyers, and videos is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on solutions and process improvement; ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and revise communication strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills for assessing project requirements, defining timelines, and mitigating risks during project launches.

Salary Range: $49,960 - $69,940* /year

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not reflect the complete pay range for the position. The salary offered may exceed the posted range based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
