Food Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Operations Manager to join our team at THANIMA KERALA STORE. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics.
- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales and growth.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service management role.
This is a temporary full-time position, working 35 to 37.5 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work setting is a retail service establishment, specifically a supermarket/grocery store.
