Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation within the Store Operations database, including the Store Operations Communications Policy.
- Serve as the primary contact for all Store Operations communication channels, utilizing platforms such as email, task management systems, and intranet tools to disseminate information effectively.
- Design strategies and timelines for project communications, including the Store Operations Governance Calendar.
- Oversee the implementation and communication of new and ongoing store initiatives, contests, and events across various platforms.
- Evaluate the consistency and effectiveness of Store Operational communications to ensure alignment with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various business partners to gather and compile essential information for Store Operations communications and updates to store procedures and initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in communication or administrative coordination, preferably in a retail or corporate setting.
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail in editing and digital communication.
- Familiarity with social media trends and tools; experience with intranet platforms is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Experience in creating visual content such as infographics, presentations, and promotional materials is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; adaptable to changing environments and capable of revising communication strategies as needed.
- Effective organizational and project management skills to assess project needs and timelines.
Salary Range
$49,960 - $69,940 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
