Role Summary: We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Services division. This position will involve working collaboratively within the Parts Processing Centre, focusing on Inside Sales and Tendering for Spare Parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate bids and tenders utilizing the ERP system.
  • Communicate order updates to customers and affiliated locations.
  • Follow up on all pending tenders and bids until resolution.
  • Ensure the complete processing of orders.
  • Assess opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Present additional quantity options, upgrades, or add-ons to customers.
  • Maintain and update the ERP system with current client data, equipment specifications, and pricing information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in equipment manufacturing is advantageous.
  • A Mechanical Technologist certificate or related post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP applications is beneficial.
  • Ability to independently organize and prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
