Position Overview

The role of the Admissions Services Associate is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and the university community. This position is integral to the Enrolment Services department, focusing on delivering exceptional service and accurate information across various domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address inquiries and provide assistance to students, university members, and the public, ensuring a comprehensive service experience in admissions, registration, financial aid, and academic policies.
  • Support the maintenance of academic and financial records for each student.
  • Handle all forms of payment, including currency conversion, invoicing for sponsored students, and managing overdue accounts while guiding students through payment processes and funding resources.
  • Serve as the initial contact for new students, fostering a welcoming and efficient service atmosphere with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.

Qualifications
  • Completion of high school along with two years of university education or a two-year diploma in Administration or Business.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated time management abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in an academic setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SCT Banner is a plus.
