Regional Sales Expansion Specialist
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing revenue channels by identifying new prospects, conducting thorough research on leads, and cultivating relationships with potential clients. This position is essential for presenting Kal Tire's diverse service offerings to a broad spectrum of prospective clients, including senior executives of regional businesses. Furthermore, you will provide expert advice to key internal and external stakeholders regarding business development initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Target regional clientele to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage in prospecting, negotiation, and acquisition of new accounts to meet sales objectives.
- Operate both independently and collaboratively within various teams in the assigned regional portfolio to secure sales and achieve targets.
- Partner with stakeholders to synchronize market strategies with relevant business goals for the portfolio.
- Utilize performance tracking, reporting, presentations, and other documentation as necessary to position Kal Tire as the preferred supplier.
REPORTING AND METRICS
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate account details and insights.
- Document and monitor all metrics related to sales strategies; develop and refine client service and retention plans.
- Analyze sales data to inform and adjust portfolio strategies as needed.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND NETWORKING
- Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for Kal Tire among clients, internal partners, and the regional network; exemplifying professionalism and ethical standards.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of all Kal Tire products and services as required.
- Actively enhance business acumen for each client portfolio relevant to the role; stay informed on current market trends and technologies.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1-5 years of experience in business development; CSA or CSP designation is advantageous.
- Experience with light-duty fleets.
- Familiarity with the tire industry is considered beneficial.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to foster and develop relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- In-depth knowledge of Kal Tire's products and services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and other sales tools provided.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Valid driver's license required.
