Noble Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales growth plans to drive business success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth and experience in the HVAC industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to hit sales targets with both new and established dealers, as well as liaising with distributors and Rheem on product requirements and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales growth plans to drive business success
  • Liaise with distributors and Rheem on product requirements and growth strategies
  • Travel to Noble branches in Ontario to assist distributor field sales teams on sales calls
  • Coordinate factory-supported training events and conduct training for staff and dealers on product offerings and programs
  • Monthly reporting with Rheem Sales Manager and Noble HVAC Senior Area Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry or sales
  • Proven track record of sales growth and development
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
