Noble Corporation is investing in its most valuable asset: its teammates. We are seeking a skilled Rheem Territory Manager to support our growth within the Ontario market. This role will focus on developing new and existing dealers, promoting the Rheem brand at Noble branches involved in HVAC sales.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales growth plans in collaboration with our Outside Sales Teams, Area and Branch Managers. They will also serve as a liaison between Distributor and Rheem on product requirements, growth, and retention strategies, as well as communicating regulatory changes in the Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration markets within our established trading area.

This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC and sales principles, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and in a group environment. The successful candidate will have a proven growth record and experience in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing plans to hit sales targets with both new and established dealers
  • Liaising between Distributor and Rheem on product requirements, growth, and retention strategies
  • Communicating regulatory changes in the Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration markets
  • Consistently engaging in learning to establish a sound working knowledge of all product, programs, support material, and policies
  • Traveling to Noble Branches in Ontario to assist Distributor field sales teams on sales calls targeting product selection, availability, and pricing
  • Coordinating factory-supported training events
  • Conducting training for staff and dealers on product offerings and programs
  • Coordinating communications with Marketing regarding model, program, and pricing changes
  • Monthly reporting with Rheem Sales Manager and Noble HVAC Senior Area Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC and/or sales experience with a proven growth record
  • Ability to work independently and in a group environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office user: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation skills; strong written and oral skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and customers
  • Capacity for attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within time constraints
