Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Noble Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales growth plans to drive business success in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the construction industry
- Liaise with distributors and Rheem to promote product requirements, growth, and retention
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes in the heating, cooling, and refrigeration markets
- Engage in ongoing learning to establish a deep understanding of products, programs, and policies
- Travel to Noble branches in Ontario to support distributor field sales teams on sales calls
- Coordinate factory-supported training events and conduct training for staff and dealers
- Communicate with marketing regarding model, program, and pricing changes
- Provide monthly reporting to Rheem Sales Manager and Noble HVAC Senior Area Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and/or sales with a proven track record of growth
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Capacity for attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
