Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Product Promoter to join our team in Ontario. As a Product Promoter, you will be responsible for representing our iconic brands in grocery stores and mass retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Build and stock product displays; install point-of-sale materials.
  • Validate compliance with planograms, product distribution, and in-store price conformity.
  • Ensure proper product rotation on shelves and resolution of out-of-stock issues.
  • Actively participate in introducing product innovations in stores.
  • Manage direct delivery clients assigned to them.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for evaluating their territory and identifying market trends.
  • Ensure relevant information is communicated to the team.

Requirements

  • Hold a high school diploma and relevant experience as a merchandiser/sales function in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Minimum computer skills required; knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office suite (an asset).
  • Ability to act in accordance with the culture and values of Groupe Leclerc.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily visits efficiently.
  • Ability to take responsibility and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly establish business connections and gain client trust.
  • Agility to react favorably and proactively to changes, new information.
  • Ability to seize opportunities and turn them into opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate, convince, and persuade others to gain their support or endorsement for ideas presented.
  • Promotes teamwork.
  • Has a good physical condition.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a car.
  • Access to reliable WIFI at home.
  • Must live within the assigned territory.
