About the Role

Viana Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established protocols.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of administrative services.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: Must undergo a criminal record check.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a large workload.
