Job Title: Office Manager

North Compass Solutions & Services Inc is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Financial Management: Manage office budgets and expenses to ensure that costs are minimized.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
