Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor - Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Compliance: Lead and promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all warehouse staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • People Leadership: Supervise and coach warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all customer orders are picked and shipped in a timely and accurate manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • University or college education in Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach warehouse staff.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
