Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs in warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve warehouse operations.
