Job Summary

Floor Concepts Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse operations or supply chain management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
