Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: Provide education and training to patients and staff on mammography procedures and best practices.
- Diagnostic Imaging: Conduct mammography exams using state-of-the-art equipment and technology, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Patient Care: Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, addressing their concerns and needs throughout the examination process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain and improve the quality of mammography services.
- Certification: Certification of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and gain experience in mammography procedures.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Setting: Willingness to relocate for this opportunity.
