Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at SHR CARRIER INC. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in organizational development, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior staff, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent team player with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
