About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency across multiple departments.

As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with our vendor partners, product management team, and sales team to create operational efficiencies and drive sales of assigned vendor lines. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring team members, enhancing customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

This is a fixed-term role with a focus on delivering results and making a lasting impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to create operational efficiencies and drive sales
  • Provide sales support and training to team members to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets
  • Manage vendor relationships at multiple levels to drive business results
  • Identify and communicate lead time and delivery based on product availability and build lead times
  • Perform deal registration, apply pricing, and create renewal contracts
  • Proactively identify volume and strategic vendor programs to drive incremental revenue
  • Present TD SYNNEX story and offerings to enable new business and incorporate vendor's full line card
  • Frequently identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Anticipate and resolve issues with vendor orders, quotes, and other related tasks
  • Handle a variety of tasks assigned by management, including training, scheduling, and reporting
  • Provide vendor-agnostic consultative services to inside sales reps and resellers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adjust readily to change and adapt as needed
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications at an advanced level
