Job Summary

eTeam Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Manager to lead our organization's operational efforts. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve organizational objectives
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
