Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights for management and future planning.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus.
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
Working Conditions
