We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 2500402 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Culinary Operations ManagementOversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals, individual dishes, and special meals for patients, as instructed by dietitians or chefs.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Quality Control and AssuranceInspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week is the expected work schedule.
