About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at R. Tummy Full Restaurant Inc. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our discerning customers.

Culinary Team Management

Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Work Environment

Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 36-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
