Bartender Opportunity at Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding customer service
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tables, counters, and equipment
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
Requirements:
  • Current internal food & beverage employee
  • People-focused and committed to service excellence
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a drive to succeed
  • High School Diploma; Post-Secondary hospitality or hotel education an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Bartending and serving experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Smart Serve Certificate
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate in French language considered an asset
