Security Officer - Casino Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies
  • Conduct regular patrols of the casino premises
  • Enforce security policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a security or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and Smart Serve certification required
